CHALLENGE

INWIT needed a fast, scalable way to assess indoor mobile coverage and data performance across multiple operators and sites, essential for planning shared infrastructure and enhancing indoor connectivity.

SOLUTION

Metricell provided its Network Surveyor test application, enabling INWIT teams to collect walk-test data tagged to floorplans. All data was automatically uploaded to INWIT’s SmartTools platform for visualisation and reporting. Metricell supported the project with planning, data analysis, and report generation aligned to agreed KPIs.

The solution gave INWIT rapid, floor-level visibility into indoor performance, helping prioritise improvements and strengthen engagement with mobile operator tenants - all with minimal overhead.
