Frank leads the company’s global consulting and engineering operations. With a career spanning over four decades in telecommunications, Frank has led the design, deployment, and optimization of mobile networks worldwide.
He currently oversees major Metricell projects including 5G roll out on the London Underground, performance assurance for the UK Government’s Emergency Services Network and the nationwide planning and optimisation of 4G and 5G networks for leading mobile operators.
Frank’s leadership extends to international teams analysing billions of network data points, leveraging AI-driven tools to deliver operational insights across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Prior to Metricell, Frank held senior technical roles at LCC International, where he scaled a high-performing UK engineering team and led complex consulting engagements across the globe. His early work includes pioneering efforts in GSM and CDMA deployment, smart metering and ‘internet of things’ innovation, and regulatory spectrum studies.
Frank’s RF expertise, strategic vision, and track record of delivery continue to drive transformational outcomes for clients in the telecommunications industry. Frank lives by the seaside with one wife and two cats.
