· Identify and create additional Monitoring Metrics and thresholds to alert to potential issues with customer platforms

· Setup and configure wall dashboards displaying monitoring and key metrics

· Investigate monitoring alarms and take necessary action

· Assist will infrastructure related questions and setup

· Involvement with software releases to customer platforms

· Provide 3rd line support

· Identify and implement areas of automation

· IT related background

· Knowledge of Windows security

· IIS setup and configuration

· Good knowledge of TSQL querying

· Fluent written and spoken English

· Flexible, open minded, hardworking and enthusiastic

· Applicant should already have legal right to work in the UK

· Collecting monitoring metric with Prometheus

· Creating dashboards in Grafana

· Scripting languages i.e. PowerShell, Python

· Setting and configuring up Kubernetes

· Creating and configuring virtual machines on VMWare

· OO programming language i.e. C#

· Microsoft windows OS, Office applications

· Few years of relevant work experience
