You can't miss our office on Foundry Lane. We have a large open plan office space with many meeting rooms and a conference centre. There's parking on site too!
The Foundry occupies the ground floor of our headquarters and is equipped with a pool table, comfy couches, plenty of seating and a kitchen.
We offer a fully equipped gym as well as a range of different sporting social events including badminton, basketball, football, rounders and rock climbing.
We host a range of events – from DevCon, the development event of the year; to our Customer Summit, where we welcome visitors from around the world!
We take great care in making sure our office space is the best it can be. As well as a range of incentives and share opportunities, we also maintain a full schedule of social events.

We organise many social events for you to get together with your colleagues outside of the office. Past events include ice skating, go-karting, rock climbing, and bowling to name a few.
We celebrate a wide variety of holidays, such as treats on Valentines, Halloween quizzes, wreath making workshops at Christmas, along with our annual summer party and many more!
From baking competitions, pool tournaments and games nights in The Foundry. There is something for everyone to join in with, including hampers, trophies and glory to be won!
Lunchtime is paramount for team building! With lunch break trips to town, on-site BBQs and pizza days in The Foundry, the kitchen is always fully stocked with drinks and snacks for you to tuck in!

From humble beginnings and a small team of specialists, we’ve expanded our operations over the years. We currently have four offices worldwide in Horsham, Malaga, Kuala Lumpur and Moscow. We host a wide range of Charity events supporting many different charities each year, some past events have included Tough Mudder, London to Brighton Bike Ride, Escape Rooms and many other fundraising events. We pride ourselves on supporting local charities such as Horsham Matters, YMCA Downslink, Sussex Wildlife Trust, St Catherine’s Hospice & Chestnut Tree House to name just a few.
From delivering food parcels and collecting food donations to Charity money collections, we strive to give back to the community by volunteering our time to help as many of these charities directly.
Over the past year we have seen a comeback of some well-loved game shows. Overall Metricell has donated £5000 to a variety of different charities won by our contestants, all donations raised will make a huge difference.
We would like to thank all of the companies that donated prizes to our Christmas raffle and helped us raise an amazing £923.00 for Chestnut Tree House.
Metricell held another fundraiser where Project Manager Emily won £1,000 for her chosen charity – RSPCA Brighton. Congratulations!
Our geospatial intelligence tools traverse a wide range of business processes and use cases. We work with some of the world’s best-known companies to test, measure and assure the connections that keep them running. Our work includes in-building surveys; connectivity planning and design; private networks, and providing essential tools for continuous monitoring. We’ve brought process automation and digital transformation to network operator's engineering and customer care teams, and we work with local and national governments to deliver a range of projects: from consumer research and regulatory compliance, to SmartCity development and service provider benchmarking.
